Day 1

• Arrival at your hotel in Montecatini Terme
• Dinner at the hotel
• Torchlight walk from Terme Torretta to Terme Tettuccio
• Opening event at Terme Tettuccio
• Return to the hotel and overnight stay

Day 2

• Breakfast
• Performance at Terme Tettuccio or trip to Florence in the morning
• Performance in a basilica or church in Florence (on request)
• Trip to Pisa, Lucca or another Tuscan city in the afternoon (on request)
• Return to the hotel and dinner
• Evening show in one of Montecatini's squares
• Return to the hotel and overnight stay

Day 3

• Breakfast
• Performance at Terme Tettuccio or trip to Florence in the morning
• Performance in a basilica or church in Florence (on request)
• Trip to Pisa, Lucca or another Tuscan city in the afternoon (on request)
• Evening closing show with dinner, official greeting by the organizers and singing with other choirs
• Return to the hotel and overnight stay

Day 4

• 2 nights incl. half board and 1 night incl. bed & breakfast
• English-speaking assistance from the afternoon of day 1 until the gala dinner
• Gala dinner 
• Choir performance at Terme Tettuccio and in Piazza del Popolo (or another square in Montecatini Terme)
• Organization of 1 or 2 concerts in a basilica or church in Florence
• Participation in the torchlight procession for the opening of the festival
• Opening event at Terme Tettuccio
