• for registration and participation in the loyalty program and related assistance. The legal basis lies in the execution of the contract to which the data subject is a party (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Personal data will be retained for the duration of your membership in the program, unless they have to be retained for legal obligations or by industry regulations. The data processed are of a common type and include name, contact details, address, etc. .
• for legal obligations: to comply with obligations under the law, an Authority, a regulation or European legislation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). The data will be kept for the period provided for in the regulations.
• for the protection of the rights of the Data Controller. This purpose of processing is based on legitimate interest on the part of the Data Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data will be retained for the period necessary for the purpose for which the data are collected in accordance with the applicable legislation (e.g., statute of limitations).

Disclosure of data is essential for the purpose of participation in the loyalty program. The data you have communicated may come to the attention of the owner\'s data processors involved in the performance of the services you have requested and any third parties involved in the performance of the same activities as data processors.

We remind you of your right to exercise your right to ask the data controller for access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, or the restriction of processing concerning you and to object to such processing, as well as the right to data portability; you may exercise these rights using the contact details above. The consent manifested may be revoked at any time by contacting the owner at the email addresses indicated or using the methods indicated by the tools used for the processing.
