Discover a region with a thousand shades. The tour begins in the surroundings of Tenno with the visit to the laboratories of the Acetaia del Balsamico Trentino where you will discover the long production process of the excellent product and taste it then in two different versions: Balsamico Trentino and Balsamico Cru. Besides the Balsamico you will have the chance to taste many other delicacies produced by the company, for instance the "carne salada" (typical beef carpaccio), local cheeses and cold-cuts, extra-virgin olive oil and two wines. The tour continues with a visit to an ancient distillery and a guided tasting of grappas paired with typical delicacies from the Trentino region. The third stop is a winery, where you will have a walk in the vineyards, visit the winery, the barrique and taste wines accompanied by bread, cold-cuts and cheeses.
