Yes, the hotel arranges private transfers at a special price to and/or from the airport, as well as railway stations and other destinations. Transfers must be booked in advance.
Children’s Discounts: Children aged 0–3 stay free of charge (cribs and high chairs provided). Children aged 4–13 receive a 50% discount.
Regarding the wellness area: for safety reasons, children under 3 are not permitted in the thermal pools. Children under 14 may use the pools from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, provided they are supervised by an adult. The sauna area is a quiet zone reserved for guests aged 16 and older.
